사용하실 모드는 시스카 창작마당 링크에 들어가 구독 버튼을 누르고, 메뉴 화면의 콘텐츠 관리자에 들어가 적용하시면 됩니다.

1편은 건설과 교통에 관련된 기반 모드들입니다.

1. Network Multitool 1.3.1 [필수]

시티즈 스카이라인 도로 건설의 핵심 모드 중 하나입니다.

A-B 지점 도로 자동 연결, 교차로 생성, 기울기 정렬, 평행 건설, 도로 잠금 해제가 가능합니다.

2. Fine Road Anarchy 2.0.2 [필수]

아래에 소개할 Fine Road Tool과 더불어 도로 건설에 부가적인 옵션을 추가해주는 모드입니다.

도로가 겹치거나 경사가 심해 건설이 불가능한 곳에도 도로를 만들 수 있으며, 곡선 강제 건설 옵션을 해제할 수 있습니다.

네트워크 멀티툴의 평행 건설 기능과 유사하나 이 모드는 여러 개의 도로나 선로를 동시에 평행하게 건설할 수 있습니다.

8. Move It [필수]

게임 내에 존재하는 거의 모든 오브젝트들을 옮길 수 있는 필수 모드입니다.

단일 혹은 드래그 범위 지정으로 대상의 이동, 복사, 방향 정렬, 높이 정렬과 제거가 가능합니다.

- Ctrl+Z 되돌리기 사용이 가능합니다.

- Move it의 "향상된 기둥 조작 사용/Enhanced Pillar Control" 옵션을 변경할 시 기존에 그려둔 Surface Painter 모드의 페인트가 사라질 수 있으니 주의하세요.

기존의 Prop Precision, Prop Snapping, [PLT] Prop Line Tool 등의 모드들이 하나로 통합되었습니다.

아래의 호환 리스트를 확인해 기능이 중복되는 모드와 호환 불가능한 모드는 전부 제거해주세요.

기본적으로 하나 하나 배치해야 하는 프롭을 도로 건설하듯이 선으로 배치할 수 있습니다.

배치 시 프롭의 간격과 바라보는 각도를 조정할 수 있어 조명이나 펜스를 설치할 때 매우 유용합니다.

18. Surface Painter

기본 텍스쳐 색상으로 지표면을 색칠하는 모드입니다.

콘크리트 포장, 자갈, 마른 땅, 들판을 선택할 수 있으며 광역 페인팅이 가능합니다.

원하는 색상의 텍스쳐가 있다면 Theme Mixer 2 모드를 사용해 해당 텍스쳐의 테마를 변경하세요.

- 사용 전 Find It! 모드 옵션의 'Enhance all menus' 항목을 비활성화 해야합니다.

- 기본 텍스쳐 이외의 커스텀 컬러 지정은 불가합니다.

- 버그/ Move it의 "향상된 기둥 조작 사용/Enhanced Pillar Control" 옵션을 변경할 시 기존에 색칠된 Surface Painter 모드의 페인트가 사라질 수 있습니다.

- 버그/ Node Controller Renewal 3.2 모드를 같이 구독하고 있을 시 바닥에 그래픽 렌더링이 되지 않는 빈 공간이나 선이 생길 수 있습니다.

- 버그/ 게임 실행 도중 모드나 에셋등을 구독하면 색칠된 페인트가 사라질 수 있습니다. 색칠된 페인트가 로딩 후 사라질 수 있습니다.

19. NoPillars (v1.1+ compatible) [추천]

지상 도로와 겹치는 고가도로나 다리의 기둥을 없애주는 모드입니다.

5. Optimised Outside Connections [추천]

탑재량의 7~8퍼센트만 채우고 몇 대씩 다니며 노선을 포화상태로 만드는 기차/비행기/배를 해결하기 위한 모드입니다.

운송수단이 기존에 비해 4배 이상까지 대기하며 화물과 승객을 충분히 태운 후 도시로 출발합니다.

7. More Network Stuff [필수]

비행기와 배의 항로를 직접 배치하거나 제거할 수 있는 모드입니다.

- 잦은 비행기 항로 변경과 삭제는 전체 항공기의 리스폰을 중단시킬 수 있으니 주의하세요.

- 맵 끝의 배와 비행기 연결 항로를 제거할 때 오류가 발생할 수 있습니다. 이 경우 새로운 이름으로 저장 파일을 만들고 데스크탑으로 나간 뒤 다시 로드해보세요.
